We have been breeding healthy, well socialized and affordable kittens for the past 20+ years. We are proud of our reputation and take great pride in our Belle Hollow kittens. We are pleased to offer a variety of kittens in both breed and color. Currently, we breed single and dual registered Egyptian Maus and Savannah Cats of various generations. Our adult cats are tested for PK Def and PRA by DNA testing of either each cat or by parentage. We do not sell carriers into breeding programs in order to try to eliminate those diseases from our breeds.
Egyptian Maus are the only naturally spotted fully domestic cat and are legal in all 50 states. They are the original cat and are gregarious, intelligent, trainable and make superior pets for any household. All are double registered or eligible for double registry with both TICA and CFA. We offer Silver, Bronze, Smoke and the occasional Black kitten.
Savannah Cats are a hybrid of African Servals and various domestic breeds. Early Generation Savannah cats F-1 thru F-3 have a potentially larger percentage of wild/serval blood and as such are harder to produce and more costly. Pricing is affected by how many generations a savannah is removed from the original hybrid, sex, color, size and several other factors. Later generation savannahs are generally more affordable and make excellent pets for most households. All generations of savannah are high energy, intelligent and trainable. Many of our F-2B Savannahs are Human Imprints making them more pliable than other kittens of the same Generation. We also offer F-2B, F-3C, F-4SBT, F-5SBT, F-6SBT and F-7SBT and Savannah Kittens in both standard and non standard colors. All Savannah kittens come with TICA registration.
Hybrids such as Savannahs are not legal everywhere. Therefore it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure their Savannah kitten is legal where they live.
We have very limited numbers of kittens available each year and each is sold to a properly screened home. All potential buyers must consent to a phone interview. Once selected you will be required to submit a deposit and sign a contract. We do not accept deposits until the kittens have arrived and we have reason to believe they are healthy and will survive. We do not believe in forcing buyers into making deposits or entering into contracts on unborn kittens, which may or may not be forthcoming.
Deposits are non-refundable, except in a case where we are unable to deliver the kitten on which you placed a deposit. Deposits maybe made using the PayPal link at the bottom of this page (PayPal accepts credit cards at the PayPal site). We also accept direct payment through Zelle. Before you receive your kitten we require the balance of the kitten be paid in full via Cash, PayPal or Zelle at pick up.
Once you receive your kitten you have 72 hrs to submit the kitten for examination by your veterinarian. Should he/she find some health problem that our veterinarian missed we will be glad to replace the kitten or refund your money in return for the kitten under the terms of our contract.
WE DO NOT SHIP KITTENS! They must be picked up here at the farm or for a small fee we will deliver your kitten to you at a local airport so your kitten can travel home in cabin with you or your representative(Pet Nanny). If we are available for a small fee we can also drive up to 3 hours to meet you and shorten your trip home. Please call for clarification on how easy this works and how much safer it is for your precious new family member.
Kittens may go home as early as 9 weeks depending on the home and method of travel. All kittens will have had their first vaccines, been dewormed twice.
F-2B Savannahs
Females:
Priced from $3500 depending on color and breeding rights.
Females are available to both breeding and nonbreeding homes.
Males:
Priced from $4000 to $6500 depending on color and potential size.
All F2 males are sterile and therefore all go to pet homes.
However no males are neutered before they leave our home. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have the kitten neutered before 5 months of age to help prevent spraying.
F-3C Savannahs:
Are available to pet homes from an average price of $2500 to $4000 depending on sex and color. Females are also available to approved breeding homes at an additional charge.
F-4SBT Savannahs
These kittens are available to pet homes and as SBT’s (Stud Book Traditional) are eligible for Cat Show with TICA. These kittens priced as pets are generally in the $1500 to $3000 range depending on sex and color.
F-5, F-6 and F-7 Savannahs:
Are available to pet homes from $1200 to $2000 depending on sex and color. F-5SBT, F-6SBT and F-7SBT kittens and some F-7Cs are available with breeding rights at an additional charge.
Egyptian Maus CFA and TICA Dual Registered
Females and Males from $1400 to $2800 depending color and quality and whether the cat will be used in a breeding program. Most silver spotted and Bronze spotted kittens are priced between $1400 as pets.
