I hope this note finds you and yours well; I wanted to give you an update on ‘our’ Girl. She recovered nicely from her recent ‘procedure’ (getting spayed); we even made a deal so that she didn’t have to wear the ‘cone of shame’ while things healed up. She continues to grow at a rapid pace; I weighed her @ just over 7lbs the other day. Personality wise she’s still a sweetheart. While she’d prefer to spend most of her time exploring there’s always a point at which she comes back to place herself as close to me as possible (note the Spider Man towel in the pics!). The Whippets are still infatuated with her; she’s slowly spending more time on their side of the main floor (the other side of the baby gate). She definitely has let them both know that she’s the Alpha amongst them.
Her fur is getting long! Her tail especially is quite impressive; she uses it to great effect with it wrapped around her legs when she sits. As you can see from the pics…she’s quite striking.
I thought it time to provide an update on Avi. He’s growing like a weed. At close to 7 months, he is 9 1/2 pounds. We have been camping in Georgia for the last couple of weeks and as you can see, he appears quite comfortable.
He is just as sweet and affectionate as can be – to me. A purring machine and my little lion cub. As Rob says, “he’s a mama‘s boy”. He has more of a wild side than any of the others and is also very possessive - he does not like to share anything with the other two cats (toys, food or me). Although Reconn is 30 pounds & Intel is 16 1/2 pounds, I believe Avi is going to be the alpha.
Available soon. Intel F-6 Savannah. He is Cinnamon/Ginger in color with lovely spots. He is Healthy and UTD on vaccines. His peole have a medical issue that does not permit them to give him the attention he needs.
Intel has good litter habits, is friendly, enjoys people but can be protective of his family. He is being re-homed because his family has some medical issues and are unable to give him enough attention. He weighs 16.5 pounds.
